Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Proficiency with IQMS and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations, production schedules, staffing, and quality control.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and the work environment remains clean and organized.
• Train and mentor new employees to perform their duties effectively.
• Monitor production processes and address bottlenecks or issues.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to improve efficiency and performance on the shift.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed.
