Job summary

ERMCO, a leading transformer manufacturer, is seeking a Supervisor of Manufacturing for the 2nd shift in Bristol, WI. The role oversees day-to-day line operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met. You will lead front-line teams, coordinate resources, and drive continuous improvement on all shifts.

The ideal candidate has a strong manufacturing background, supervisory experience, and excellent bilingual communication to manage diverse teams and safety programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical degree or certification is preferred.
• At least three years as a Team Lead or equivalent responsibilities.
• Seven years in a manufacturing environment, preferably transformers/industrial.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production on all shifts, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met.
• Monitor metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Lead safety initiatives and audits to foster a safety-first culture.
• Coordinate with team leads to allocate resources and resolve issues promptly.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop production staff; conduct performance evaluations.
