Job summary

ERMCO in Bristol, WI is seeking a Machine Operator to join our production team. The role involves understanding and executing detailed instructions for operating processes and equipment, with safe start-up, operation, and shutdown duties.

You will frequently lift and move materials weighing 50+ lbs and handle metal parts, following all ERMCO safety rules. You will work a Monday–Friday schedule on 1st–3rd shift, using iPads for communication and collaborating in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate processes, equipment, and part production following detailed instructions.
• Perform safe start-up, operation, tool changes, and shutdown of equipment.
• Move and lift materials weighing 50+ lbs as required.
• Handle metal parts and materials, assemble and form silicon and amorphous cores.
• Follow ERMCO safety policies and procedures.
