Job summary

Motivate is looking for full-time and part-time drivers to operate vehicles for transporting bicycles and batteries for Washington DC's bikeshare system. You'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of bikeshare operations, following assigned routes for battery switching and bike relocation.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle record check.
• Must be comfortable using a smartphone with apps.
• Dependable and follow an assigned schedule.
• Able to meet physical requirements including lifting and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle throughout the bike share system to switch out batteries.
• Load and unload bicycles and batteries from vehicles.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections for every vehicle trip.
• Communicate with dispatch/management throughout the shift.
