Trek Store North Raleigh is seeking a motivated Service Technician to care for bikes so owners love riding them. You will troubleshoot repairs, service a variety of bicycles, and be the first to work on brand new models before they reach the sales floor.

We value stellar customer service, a positive team mindset, and a drive to learn and grow as a technician. Prior mechanic experience is not required, as training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Stellar customer service chops and a warm, approachable manner.
• Willingness to learn and build skills as a bicycle technician.
• Even if you haven't worked as a mechanic before, Trek will train you.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service all kinds of bikes.
• Hands-on with brand new models before they hit the floor.
