Role requires strong writing, marketing, and project management skills, with extensive PowerPoint proficiency and client-focused messaging. This position emphasizes collaboration across teams and strict adherence to firm guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4+ years of proposal-related, writing, marketing and communications, project management or sales experience OR 5+ years with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Progress toward a Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience using Word, PowerPoint and Excel with emphasis on PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages an effective proposal process for high-value, complex and strategic pursuits nationwide.
• Develops and deploys tools and templates to support the proposal process.
• Maintains pitch tools including templates for presentations, credentials and pitch books, and FAQs.
