Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Bid Manager to lead proposal workflows, craft high-value bids, and manage pursuit materials for its Sales Enablement & Bid Management Team. You will coordinate with service professionals to ensure strategic, compliant, and compelling submissions.

The role emphasizes quality control, template development, and content strategy to win national opportunities, with a strong focus on deadlines, presentation design, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience with 4+ years in proposal-related roles.
• Experience in writing, marketing, communications, project management or sales helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages an effective proposal process for high-value, complex pursuits.
• Develops and deploys tools and templates to support the proposal process.
• Creates and maintains pitch tools, templates, and FAQ content for proposals.
• Reviews proposals for compliance with firm guidelines and branding.
• Supports development of international proposals when needed.
• Leads training on proposal/presentation and credentials development.
