Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a highly capable Proposal Manager to lead a national proposal process, develop templates and pitch tools, and ensure compliant, compelling responses for high-value pursuits. You will collaborate with service professionals to tailor messaging to client needs and maintain a rich repository of polished materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing or related field and 4+ years of proposal-related, writing, marketing and communications, project management or sales experience OR 5+ years with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Progress towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing or related field preferred.
• Experience creating and delivering polished, compliant proposals and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages an effective proposal process for high-value, complex, strategic pursuits nationwide.
• Develops and deploys tools and templates to support the proposal process.
• Maintains pitch tools including templates for presentations, credentials and pitch books, and other proposal materials.
• Reviews proposals to ensure compliance with Firm guidelines.
• Creates and maintains archive of proposals.
• Provides PPT design and formatting support for proposals and presentations.
• Supports development of international proposals as needed.
• Develops and implements training on proposal/presentation and credential development.
