iShare Inc. seeks an experienced Bid Manager to lead the complete bid and proposal lifecycle, coordinating with sales, technical, finance, legal and delivery teams to develop competitive, compliant proposals that win.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with government and enterprise RFPs/RFQs, excellent proposal writing and documentation skills, strong pricing and risk management capabilities, and fluent stakeholder management, with advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in bid management, tender management, or proposal management.
  • Hands-on experience with government and/or enterprise RFPs and RFQs.
  • Excellent proposal writing, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Understanding of commercial pricing, contracts, compliance, and risk management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and project-management abilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple bids under strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end RFP, RFI, RFQ, tender, and proposal submissions.
  • Review bid documents and identify requirements, risks, timelines, and evaluation criteria.
  • Develop bid strategies, compliance matrices, proposal plans, and submission schedules.
  • Coordinate inputs from technical, sales, finance, legal, procurement, and delivery teams.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, executive summaries, and presentations.
  • Ensure proposals are accurate, compelling, compliant, and submitted on time.
  • Conduct pricing reviews, risk assessments, and bid/no-bid discussions.
  • Maintain bid trackers, proposal libraries, templates, and supporting documentation.
  • Support contract negotiations, client presentations, and post-bid clarifications.
  • Analyze win/loss results and improve future bidding processes.

Role Overview
