Job summary

Lighting Environments in Baltimore is seeking a Bid Coordinator to support quote package development. You will enter and access data in the Oasis ERP databases to expedite the quoting process and prepare bid documentation.

You will assign incoming bid requests, maintain the online bid board, generate daily reports, and liaise with internal teams and outside contacts to ensure timely, accurate bids. This is an individual contributor role with a strong emphasis on detail and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems required.
• Ability to work independently with strong prioritization and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bid documentation for quotes.
• Enter and retrieve data in Oasis ERP databases.
• Assign bid requests to Quotation Analysts based on criteria.
• Maintain the online bid board with accuracy.
• Produce daily and weekly quote reports for the sales team.
• Communicate professionally with internal/external parties.
