Job summary

Bogart Construction, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to support the Estimating Team by coordinating the bidding process, managing bid documents, and maintaining subcontractor databases.

You will proactively contact subcontractors to solicit bids, track responses, and ensure timely participation. Strong organization and communication skills are essential to keep projects moving forward in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of construction coordination, bid administration, or related experience; commercial construction experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with BuildingConnected, Procore, Bluebeam or similar construction software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the bidding process with Estimating Manager, estimators, and project managers.
• Set up new bid opportunities and maintain accurate project information across bidding platforms.
• Prepare, distribute, and manage ITBs to qualified subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintain and update the master subcontractor database.
• Solicit bids from subcontractors daily and track responses and participation.
• Monitor bid schedules and submission deadlines; ensure completeness and accuracy.
