Job summary

Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar group, provides electrical products and services to contractors across multiple states. This role supports bid coordination by assigning and closing bids, communicating with internal teams and customers, and handling project documentation.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assign jobs in Eclipse to Estimators and maintain daily calendars.
• Close out all jobs in Eclipse.
• Collaborate with Bid Coordinators on out-of-territory quotes.
• Ensure effective communication within the projects team about upcoming bids.
• Field phone calls from general contractors, customers, and outside sales reps.
• Maintain open and closed filing of project files.
