• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and priorities.
• Translate business needs into data, reporting, and system requirements.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, KPI reports, and ad hoc reports.
• Write SQL queries to retrieve, transform, and validate data.
• Work with data warehouses, data lakes, and data models supporting analytics.
• Investigate data discrepancies and perform trend and root-cause analyses.
• Create current-state and future-state process maps and user stories.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve workflows.
• Present findings and recommendations to nontechnical stakeholders.
