The role requires SQL, SSMS/Oracle/Hadoop/Teradata experience, strong MS365 skills, and the ability to work with clients to understand needs and drive project outcomes while maintaining accuracy and timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience using database software and analytical tools to access large databases, including SQL
• Advanced proficiency in MS365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot)
• Strong analytical skills, investigative mindset, and ability to use data to enhance efficiency and develop reporting
• Strong analytical, risk management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to think strategically across businesses to identify performance-efficiency opportunities
• Proactive and organized with strong time management and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with SSMS, Oracle, Hadoop, and Teradata
• Prior experience managing multiple projects and adjusting to changing deadlines
• Experience with Python and statistical methods in understanding relationships in data (desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting activities across the lifecycle from data acquisition through report development and delivery
• Engage clients to understand needs and contribute specialized reporting knowledge
• Lead small reporting projects or components of large projects
• Leverage tools and processes to build end-to-end reports
• Support delivery and maintenance of automated business intelligence solutions for data-driven decisions
• Contribute to complex technical projects and drive outcomes within initiative components
• Support design, development, and maintenance of automated ETL processes from various database platforms
• Store data in "Fit for Use" relational tables
• Provide technical solutions and learn new technology to fulfill project needs
• Keep current on the latest industry solutions
• Contribute to integration and adoption of business intelligence solutions
