CGC is seeking a Business Intelligence & Operations Analyst to own Power BI reporting and operational support within the FinOps function. You will translate business needs into dashboards, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate, timely reporting.
You will work closely with the VP, FinOps on planning and execution, enhance dashboards, and drive improvements in workflows and documentation in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Reporting to the Vice President, FinOps, the Business Intelligence & Operations Analyst provides analytical, operational, project management, and execution support across the FinOps function. A core responsibility of this role is owning the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of CGC’s Power BI reporting environment, ensuring dashboards effectively support operational, financial, and management decision‑making. The Analystprovides key coordination supportfor cross-functional initiatives, helping organize priorities,develop andmanage workflows, documentand improveprocesses, and translate business needs into actionable plans and dashboards. This role combines hands‑on Power BI dashboard development experience with strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving capabilities, helping translate cross-functional business needs into actionable insights,dashboard reporting, operational processes, andsupportingdocumentation.
– Provide day-to-day support to the Vice President, FinOps in coordinating across the FinOps team, including scheduling, preparation of presentations, tracking action items, and supporting internal planning, coordination, and execution of team priorities.
– Build,maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to support organizational reporting needs, ensuring accuracy, usability, andtimelyupdates. Partner with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into practical dashboard solutions and support ongoing enhancements as organizational needs evolve.
– Help manage the working relationship with CGC’s external technology and reporting support vendors, including coordinating requests, tracking deliverables, and escalating issues as needed, while collaborating closely with the VP of IT and senior operational leaders.
– Support the planning, tracking, and execution of cross‑functional initiatives across FinOps, includingimplementingproject management and workflow tools and processes.
– Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather information,identifyreporting and operational needs, document requirements, improve processes, and support the execution of organizational priorities.
The salary range for this role is $96,000.00 - $115,000.00. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and overall qualifications, and may vary from the stated range. This role is also eligible for a performance bonus.
