Savant Wealth Management seeks a Manager, Business Intelligence Delivery to lead reliable analytics, reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations that help leaders across the firm make informed business decisions. This role translates business questions into clear insights and guides a team in partnership with technical, product, and business stakeholders.

The leader will serve as the BI subject matter expert, collaborating with the Chief Product Officer organization as the platform evolves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business/finance/data-related field.
• 5+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting, with leadership experience.
• Experience creating dashboards and reporting solutions with Tableau/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily BI delivery of reports, dashboards, and analytics to inform decisions.
• Translate needs into requirements, deliverables, and BI solutions with stakeholders.
• Act as BI subject matter expert and partner with product, tech, and leaders.
• Oversee data governance, security, and regulatory reporting.
