Job summary

EQI Value Added Services is seeking a Production Floor Lead to coordinate the production schedule and lead the floor team. The role focuses on maintaining the schedule, proactive planning, and ensuring efficient use of resources in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of floor management experience, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to work with a bilingual team.

Qualifications

Position Summary:

The Production Floor Lead and work exclusively with the production department to ensure the schedule is maintained . The ability to look ahead and implement an effective work schedule is the key function of this role. Responsibilities:
