Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Lead in hardscape, civil, sitework, landscaping.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and jobsite logistics.
• Ability to manage multiple scopes and trades on active jobsites.
• Must be comfortable working in the field every day.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on assigned hardscape and outdoor construction projects
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries
• Execute project plans, schedules, and scopes as directed by the Project Manager
• Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times
• Monitor quality and ensure work meets Waterton standards and specifications
• Identify issues early and communicate proactively with the Project Manager
• Maintain accurate daily logs, photos, and jobsite documentation
• Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to plan

As our project volume grows, we are adding a Superintendent to support our field operations and work in close partnership with a Field Project Manager and leadership team.

As a Superintendent at Waterton, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of projects in the field . This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on production, coordination, safety, and quality.

You will work directly with a Field Project Manager , who provides project oversight and support, while you own the jobsite, crews, and daily execution.

Key Responsibilities
