  • Maintain accurate daily reports documenting manpower, work activities, safety observations, and site conditions
  • Assist with project start-up, site logistics planning, and mobilization activities
  • Support project closeout activities, including punch lists and final inspections

Experience
  • Typically 5–10 years of progressive experience in construction field roles
  • Prior experience as a Foreman, Lead Foreman, or Assistant Superintendent preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple trades or work fronts simultaneously
  • Experience working on active construction sites with safety and schedule accountability
Physical Requirements

  • Ability to walk uneven terrain, climb ladders and stairs, and work in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
  • Must wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, safety vest, steel-toe boots, and other site-specific PPE)
