Job summary

CountryPlace Mortgage, a Plano, TX-based lender, is seeking a Bi-lingual Account Manager (English/Spanish) for the Plano office to grow our Servicing Department.

You will communicate with customers to provide account resolution options based on ability and needs, handle inquiries and objections with patience and professionalism, and represent our clients with a genuine, personable approach to drive an exceptional customer experience.

About The Role

CountryPlace Mortgage, a leading nationwide personal property, mortgage and commercial lender headquartered in Plano, TX, is seeking a Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Account Manager to help grow our Servicing Department. This in-person role is in our Plano, TX office. The Bi-Lingual Account Manager is responsible for communicating with customers directly to provide account resolution options based on their ability and needs. The Bi-Lingual Account Manager is expected to handle all customer questions, inquiries, and objections with patience, professionalism and ease. The Bi-Lingual Account Manager must represent our clients in the most genuine, personable way to drive exceptional customer experience.
