BMA Group Panama is seeking a BI Lead / Program Manager to steer data-driven initiatives across the organization. You will lead BI strategy, manage cross-functional teams, deliver dashboards and data models, ensure data quality and security, and drive adoption of analytics solutions.

The role combines leadership, program management, and hands-on analytics, requiring strong communication with stakeholders and a track record of delivering complex BI projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles.
• Proven experience managing multiple cross-functional BI projects from inception to completion.
• Strong expertise in data visualization using BI tools and dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, and database design.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Ability to translate data concepts for stakeholders and communicate clearly.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Lead BI strategy development and execution aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of BI projects within time and budget.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to provide insights.
• Guide selection of BI tools and ensure data accuracy and security.
• Establish BI processes, governance, and data literacy across the organization.
• Lead daily standups and coordinate with stakeholders on requirements.
