Dura-Line, part of Orbia Connectivity Solutions, seeks a Strategy Business Intelligence Manager to drive strategic planning, market analysis, and corporate development. You will deliver insights and decision-support materials to guide growth opportunities and investments.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Commercial, Operations, Product Management, IT, and Sales. Strong financial modeling, BI expertise, and AI-enabled analytics are essential, with travel about 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Data Analytics; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, BI, or related analytics.
• Experience independently managing complex analytical workstreams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, research, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint; experience with AI tools and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual strategic planning process and long-range business planning activities.
• Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, customer analysis, and industry assessments.
• Develop business cases, financial models, valuation analyses, and scenario models.
• Support acquisition, partnership, investment, and corporate development activities.
• Drive defined project workstreams and coordinate across multiple functions.
• Develop and maintain BI tools, dashboards, market databases, and reporting capabilities.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for management decisions.
• Use AI tools to improve research, analysis, and knowledge management processes.
• Create and manage automated workflows to improve market intelligence collection and reporting.
• Monitor market, competitive, technological, and regulatory developments.
