People Analytics is known internally and externally for ensuring data and research illuminate every decision. Inside People Analytics, the Business Intelligence group plays the role of Data Curators, ensuring people data is accessible, actionable, trustworthy, and secure. We design and maintain Google’s HR data warehouse, dashboards, and reports used by a large number of internal clients across all levels of the organization with an eye toward scalability and code quality. We transform data to meet business needs and empower the data ecosystem and experiments to enable data‑driven HR.
