Google.org's Tech for Social Impact (TSI) team accelerates social impact through technology by providing data infrastructure and tools to nonprofits and civic entities.

In this role, you will deliver end-to-end business intelligence projects aligned with Google.org's Research and Evaluation Strategy, designing scalable data structures and maintaining ETL pipelines to unify funding records with research findings.

US: $116000 - $166000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• 4 years of experience in SQL and Data Visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies).

Responsibilities

• Deliver full pieces of BI work integrated into Google.org's measurement strategy with minimal assistance.
• Design data structures, relational schemas, and data models to store, link, and retrieve longitudinal funding and other data.
• Calculate and automate moderately complex impact metrics for reporting initiatives using standardized models and benchmarks.
• Operationalize pillar metric calculations across Google.org pillar areas (Knowledge, Skills and Learning; Scientific Progress; Stronger Communities; Global Programs).
