Google.org's Tech for Social Impact (TSI) team seeks a BI specialist to deliver end-to-end BI projects, aligning with its Research and Evaluation Strategy. You will design scalable data structures, maintain ETL pipelines, and translate complex impact metrics into actionable dashboards for leadership.

Using SQL, data modeling, and BI tools, you will unify funding records with research findings and operationalize metrics across programs, driving measurable social impact.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• 4 years of experience in SQL and Data Visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver full pieces of BI work integrated into Google.org's measurement strategy with minimal assistance.
• Design data structures, relational schemas, and data models across BI platforms and data infrastructure.
• Calculate and automate moderately complex impact metrics for reporting initiatives.
• Operationalize pillar metric calculations across multiple Google.org areas.
• Review and profile incoming data, maintain ETL pipelines, and land self-service BI dashboards.
