Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer II for the Ring & Blink Customer Service Engineering Services team. You will own end-to-end analytics, migrate legacy Tableau assets to QuickSight on Radius, and develop AI-powered analytics experiences.

The role focuses on delivering production analytics, partnering with stakeholders, and setting the technical bar for reporting. You will build SQL against Redshift, create Python tooling for automation, and contribute to AI-enabled insights

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analysis experience with Redshift/DBs
• 1+ years of SQL, ETL, or Oracle experience
• 1+ years handling large, multi-source datasets
• 1+ years of statistical analysis experience
• 1+ years of automated reporting development
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Quicksight
• Experience building ETL pipelines and data modeling
• SQL and Python scripting for data processing

Responsibilities

• Deliver QuickSight dashboards end-to-end from requirements to publishing
• Lead Tableau to QuickSight migration workstreams
• Collaborate with CS Operations, Workforce Management, and leadership on metrics
• Write production SQL against Redshift for modeling and reporting
• Develop Python tooling for parsing, validation, and reporting automation
• Contribute to AI-powered analytics using LLMs and agentic patterns
• Own data quality, dashboard performance, and stakeholder satisfaction
