Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer II for Ring/Blink Customer Service Engineering and Insights. You will own end-to-end delivery of analytics on a modern data platform, migrating from Tableau to QuickSight and building AI-enabled insights.

You will partner with Operations, Workforce Management, and Tech leadership to shape reporting strategy, write production SQL on Redshift, and develop Python tooling to automate reporting and validation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL or similar databases.
• 1+ years of SQL, ETL or Oracle experience.
• 1+ years of processing large, multi-source datasets and statistical analysis.
• 1+ years of developing automated reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Amazon QuickSight dashboards end-to-end including requirements, data modeling and SQL.
• Lead Tableau to QuickSight migration workstreams: audit, redesign, rebuild, sunset legacy assets.
• Partner with Customer Service Operations, Workforce Management, and leadership on metrics definitions.
• Write and maintain production SQL against Redshift for modeling and reporting.
• Build Python tooling for parsing, backfills, validation, and reporting automation.
• Contribute to AI-powered analytics using large language models and agentic patterns.
• Own data quality, dashboard performance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
