Accepted is a software and digital transformation services firm helping clients accelerate innovation. We’re seeking a BI Engineer to strengthen our hybrid delivery teams in Kentucky.

The role focuses on building dashboards, modeling data with tabular models, and developing robust ETL pipelines using SQL and Microsoft data warehousing tools. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience with SQL, ETL, SSIS, Power BI, and SSRS, plus familiarity with Git and modern cloud platforms such as Azure

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience with SQL, ETL and Microsoft Data Warehousing.
• Experience with SSIS, Power BI, and SSRS.
• Knowledge of Git or similar version control systems preferred.
• Familiarity with Azure or Databricks is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

We’re looking for a BI Engineer to strengthen our hybrid delivery teams.

What You’ll Do

• Build Dashboards: Create interactive, user-friendly BI reports;
• Model Data: Develop and optimize tabular models using DAX;

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of professional experience with SQL, ETL and Microsoft Data Warehousing;
• Demonstrated experience in the design and development of SSIS packages, Power BI, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) tools;
• Familiarity with Git or equivalent version control systems is preferred;
• Experience with Cloud platforms, including Azure or Databricks, is advantageous;
• Proficiency in current data warehousing methodologies, encompassing dimensional data modeling and ETL/ELT processes would be considered a plus;
• A comprehensive understanding of Apache Spark, along with advanced skills in Python and database systems,would be considered as an asset;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
