Job summary

Tandigm Health, a population health leader in the greater Philadelphia area, is seeking a Business Intelligence Enablement Manager to shape reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. This highly visible role partners with Finance, Operations, Analytics, IT, and data engineering to design scalable dashboards and reliable data models.

You will administer Power BI and Amazon QuickSight, drive governance, optimize performance, and automate workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in BI, analytics, or data roles.
• Strong healthcare experience preferred.
• Advanced SQL skills for modeling and reporting.
• Experience leveraging AI/ML tools to enhance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Analytics to translate needs into insights.
• Administer BI platforms (Power BI, QuickSight) ensuring security, governance, and performance.
• Drive governance, automation, and standardization of reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering on pipelines and platform enhancements.
