Job description

Tandigm Health, a transformational leader in population health management, is looking for a Business Intelligence Enablement Manager in the greater Philadelphia area. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package and are proud to share a culture where every person feels valued and empowered.

Are you a hands-on business intelligence leader who loves turning complex data into clear, actionable insights? We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Enablement Manager to help shape the future of reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this highly visible role, you’ll serve as a lead individual contributor, partnering closely with Finance, Operations, Analytics, IT, and data engineering teams to design scalable dashboards, build reliable data models, strengthen BI governance, and deliver reporting solutions that support smarter business decisions.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll administer and optimize BI platforms such as Power BI and Amazon QuickSight, improve reporting performance and reliability, and identify opportunities to automate and standardize workflows. You’ll also play a key role in advancing data governance, ensuring reporting assets are consistent, accurate, secure, and trusted by stakeholders across the business.

If you’re a proactive problem solver who takes ownership, builds alignment across stakeholders, and enjoys creating reporting environments that are scalable, secure, and easy to use, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact. You’ll help teams move beyond static reporting and toward smarter, more connected insights that improve decision-making and operational performance. You should have extensive experience with Power BI, strong data modeling and visualization skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality analytics solutions that meet business needs.

If you’re ready to bring clarity to complex data, enable better decisions, and help modernize business intelligence in a collaborative healthcare environment, we’d love to hear from you!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Serve as a lead individual contributor in the design, development, and delivery of dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Analytics to translate business needs into actionable insights and scalable reporting solutions.
  • Manage and optimize BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Amazon Quick Sight), ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Drive data governance and ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity across reporting assets.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and standardization of reporting workflows.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic and tactical work.
  • Troubleshoot complex data and reporting issues, providing root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Communicate status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to support data pipelines, architecture, and platform enhancements.
  • Adhere to all organizational information security policies and promptly report any security risks or incidents.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics or other related fields (Masters Preferred)
EXPERIENCE:
  • 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data-related roles.
  • Strong healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience building and optimizing data models for reporting and analytics.
  • Experience leveraging AI/ML tools and platforms to enhance analytics, automate insights, and drive data-informed decision-making within business intelligence workflows.
  • Extensive experience with BI tools (Power BI strongly preferred; Amazon QuickSight a plus).
  • Hands-on experience administering BI platforms (e.g., Power BI Service), including security, governance, and performance management.
  • Experience managing end-to-end reporting solutions—from data sourcing to visualization and stakeholder delivery.
  • Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive self-starter who can operate with minimal oversight while driving high-impact outcomes.
