Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Delivery Management professional to coordinate end-to-end BI and data initiatives across multiple teams. You will maintain delivery plans, track progress, and escalate risks to BI leadership to sustain stable operations.

Key responsibilities include prioritising work, coordinating with BI Administrators and PMO, and driving continuous improvements to delivery frameworks. UK-wide travel may be required for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting end-to-end delivery of data, BI, or digital initiatives.
• Experience in delivery, operations, or programme roles within a complex organisation.
• PMO or delivery management experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery plans, trackers, and status updates to support delivery.
• Highlight slippage or risks and escalate to BI managers.
• Work with delivery leads to ensure timely execution of agreed work.
• Monitor day-to-day BI operations and log incidents and risks.
• Follow escalation and assurance processes to support service continuity.
• Provide clear delivery updates to stakeholders and maintain confidence in delivery outcomes.
• Enable BI Administrators and engineers to focus on capability building.
• Identify recurring delivery issues and document improvement opportunities.
