Job summary

Oklahoma City University is seeking a remote Business Intelligence and Reporting Analyst to analyze data, build reports, and support campus processes. The role focuses on data-driven decision making with BI tools like Tableau, SQL, and Power BI, and includes developing ASP.NET applications and data retrieval from APIs.

The analyst will collaborate with campus departments, report to the Director of Business Intelligence and Reporting, and participate in monthly on-campus meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience collecting and analyzing data from internal/external sources using BI tools (Tableau, SQL, Power BI).
• Ability to translate business needs into analytics/reporting requirements and to document data requirements clearly.
• Experience with data privacy practices and strong SQL and data modeling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define inputs/outputs for reporting needs with users.
• Create/publish Tableau workbooks to Tableau Server for departments.
• Develop data flow interfaces between applications for data sharing.
• Maintain documentation of reports and business processes.
• Provide user training on BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with CTS and campus stakeholders on projects.
