Job summary

The Midland Mortgage division of MidFirst Bank seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to design, document, and maintain data links between access databases and the data warehouse. You will work with business unit stakeholders and IT to ensure accurate, accessible reporting for decision-making.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, Math, or related field and 3+ years of US-based experience. This is a fully onsite role located in Oklahoma City, OK.

Business Intelligence Analyst

This position is a role within Midland Mortgage, a division of MidFirst Bank, in the Strategy and Operational Support group. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, documenting, and maintaining links between access databases and the data warehouse. You will communicate directly with business unit stakeholders and corporate technology database administrators to make sure data is accurate and available for use in reporting.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the operations leadership, corporate technology, and other internal/external stakeholders to ensure that business intelligence and reporting is aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the company
• Overseeing new change requests and effectively managing workloads
• Designing and documenting new data warehouse tables and data schema based on business reporting requirements and available operational data sources
• Supporting the development and maintenance of reports and work flow by leveraging existing Data Warehouse solutions and helping to establish new data sources
• Performs ad hoc data pulls to meet internal and external reporting requirements of the business.
• Driving improvements to ineffective or inefficient data processes and sharing best practices
• Utilizing design skills to produce and maintain clear, articulate, insightful reporting, and data schema to best deliver outputs and derived insights

**This position is fully onsite, in Oklahoma City

Position Requirements

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other business related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or 5-7 years of commensurate experience in lieu of specific degree or GPA is required.

• Exposure to managing large amounts of data from various sources
• Exposure to project management tools including: Asana or Clarizen
