Job summary

Honda is seeking a Data Analytics and BI Technical Lead to strengthen NAQ market-quality issue detection and promote capability by managing data engineering methods, BI solutions, analytics tools, and governance processes. You will translate complex data into reliable business insights and standardize analytics methods across responsible areas to improve speed, forecasting, and market-quality response.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Data analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering with strong engineering aptitude or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years analytical or information analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics efforts to detect market-quality trends and promote issues quickly.
• Manage BI tools, data architecture, data quality, and reporting methodologies to improve speed and accuracy.
• Oversee governance of quality analytics methods and data sources across unit.
• Provide training and mentoring to data engineers and cross-functional users on interpretation and reporting.
• Develop strategies for complex ad-hoc data requests and present findings to leadership.
