Job summary

FastTek Global in Allen Park, MI seeks a Business Intelligence Senior Associate to support communications, training, and I-ERP initiatives. You will collaborate with communications & training teams on strategy, engagement, and content development for newsletters, podcasts, and end-user programs.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience designing training curricula, delivering in-person and virtual sessions, and crafting internal communications for purchasing and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and updating training curricula for IERP courses.
• Proven ability to conduct engaging training sessions, in-person and virtual.
• Ability to craft internal communications for purchasing and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage communication strategies and plans.
• Lead scripting and logistics for Tek Talks podcast and I-ERP Minute podcasts.
• Develop internal communications for purchasing and cross-functional counterparts.
• Support the team to deliver impactful content with storytelling.
