We are seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to support product analytics and data-driven business decisions. The ideal candidate will analyze product and user data, develop dashboards and reports, identify business opportunities, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and product data using SQL to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and data assets, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Partner with Product, UX, Reporting, and other cross-functional teams to support business decisions.
• Use data storytelling to present complex findings clearly and influence stakeholders.
• Support product discovery, experimentation, performance monitoring, and optimization.
• Apply Product/UX thinking to understand user behavior and improve product outcomes.
• Identify opportunities proactively and provide recommendations based on data.
• Work with web analytics tools and other analytics technologies as needed.
