Job summary

DNA Genotek, a part of OraSure Technologies, is hiring a Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager to shape the BI strategy and scale enterprise reporting in Power BI. You will partner with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to translate needs into scalable analytics.

The role emphasizes data modeling, KPI standardization and trusted data, with a path to mature analytics across the organization. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI, reporting and analytics or related roles.
• Hands-on Power BI, dashboard design and optimization.
• Experience with Salesforce and SAP BO reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic BI design, delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise analytics.
• Build and refine data models, datasets, dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Establish consistent definitions for core metrics across teams.
• Improve report usability, performance and alignment with business needs.
• Identify data inconsistencies and improve data reliability.
• Translate analysis into actionable insights for senior leadership.
