Job summary

FIRST ONSITE, LLC seeks a Sr. Manager of BI & Analytics to lead a cross-functional team delivering dashboards, analytics, and data products.

You will own the BI roadmap, align with operations, finance, and executive leadership, and guide the team through Databricks-based architectures and AI-enabled analytics in a remote-first setup. You will mentor senior practitioners, drive stakeholder engagements, and ensure timely, scalable solutions across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI, Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Platform roles.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or similar Lakehouse platforms, advanced SQL, dimensional modeling, modern data architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, quantitative discipline, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the BI and analytics roadmap, delivering dashboards and data products.
• Partner with leaders to translate challenges into actionable analytics and measurable outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing BI and data team in a player-coach environment.
• Set data visualization, semantic modeling, reporting, governance, and performance standards.
