The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional analytics, build financially justifiable recommendations, and develop executive-level dashboards to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated skill in extracting and analyzing large volume of data using SAS / SQL.
• Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop/HANA, Voice Analytics desirable.
• Experience in creating visual dashboards using tools like Tableau.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in a customer-focused role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep-dive analytics to identify value opportunities in the OOS territories and reveal root causes of trends in sales, gains, and losses.
• Support various sales channels with analytical insights including campaign, vendor and broker performance metrics.
• Use analytics, market research and business experience to inform recommendations.
• Conduct reporting and analyses using advanced visualization and analytical tools.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives, offering expert perspectives and challenging status quo.
• Analyze financial impact of trends and opportunities using NPVs, PV/Is, and business case development.
