Job summary

The Carlyle Group seeks a highly skilled Business Intelligence & Analytics Lead to join the Global Technology & Solutions team in New York. The role blends data architecture, analytics, and modern BI to deliver strategic insights and scalable solutions for the Client Solutions Group.

You will drive enterprise reporting, AI-enabled workflows, and business partnerships to support fundraising, investor engagement, and revenue growth, with a 4‑day in-office requirement and a competitive package.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years in BI/Analytics/Data roles, preferably in financial services.
Experience designing enterprise reporting platforms and semantic models.
Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions.
Experience applying AI to analytics, reporting, or software workflows.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions, data models, and reporting platforms.
Define BI roadmap, KPI frameworks, semantic models, and self-service analytics.
Build dashboards and real-time visuals tracking KPIs like fundraising and engagement.
Evolve BI ecosystem by integrating internal data, third-party data, and market intel.
Identify opportunities to apply generative AI across reporting and development workflows.
Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into reusable analytics and dashboards.
