Carlyle Group is seeking a Business Intelligence & Analytics Lead to join the Global Technology & Solutions team in New York. The role combines BI, data architecture, and analytics to deliver scalable reporting and insights for the Client Solutions Group.

The successful candidate will lead hands-on BI work, drive enterprise reporting, and apply AI to improve productivity and business outcomes. 4 days in-office per week in New York will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Business.
• 8+ years of experience in BI/Analytics, data engineering, or data platforms, preferably in financial services.
• Experience designing enterprise reporting platforms, data warehouses, and semantic models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions, data models, and dashboards to support strategic objectives.
• Define and execute BI roadmap including reporting strategy, KPI frameworks, and self-service analytics.

The individual will serve as the hands-on technical lead for business intelligence, driving data-driven decision-making through enterprise reporting, analytics, and the evolution of the Client Solutions Group data platform. The successful candidate should understand how modern AI technologies can enhance business intelligence, analytics, and software development workflows, applying AI where it creates measurable business value.**In-Office Requirements:** 4 days per week in-office**Primary Responsibilities*** Design, develop, and maintain scalable business intelligence solutions, data models, reporting platforms, and automation capabilities that support the strategic objectives of the Client Solutions Group.* Business Intelligence Strategy: Define and execute the Client Solutions Group Business Intelligence roadmap, including reporting strategy, KPI frameworks, semantic models, data architecture, and self-service analytics capabilities.* Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain advanced dashboards and real-time visualizations that track key performance indicators (KPIs), including investor engagement, fundraising activity, and revenue growth.
