Job summary

IJW Whiskey Company, LLC is seeking a Power BI Analyst to build and improve reporting and automation across the organization. The role focuses on Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate to deliver dashboards and streamlined workflows.

You will collaborate with business teams, connect data from ERP systems, SharePoint, and SQL databases, and deliver practical solutions that drive data-driven decisions in our Los Angeles or Louisville offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, BI, reporting, process automation, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, including Power Query, data modeling, and DAX.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience creating and supporting workflows in Microsoft Power Automate.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience using data from multiple business systems.
• Ability to gather requirements from nontechnical stakeholders and turn them into reports or automated workflows.
• Experience checking data accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and documenting solutions.
• Strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and work across teams.
• Experience working with ERP data or applications, such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar systems, is preferred.
• Experience with SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 tools is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand reporting needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for operations and leadership.
• Connect data from ERP systems, SQL databases, spreadsheets, SharePoint, and other apps.
• Create data models and DAX measures; check data accuracy.
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for approvals and data movement.
• Test, monitor, and troubleshoot reports and workflows.
• Manage report access with IT on data security requirements.
• Support ERP implementations and system projects; assist testing and rollout.
• Document reports and workflows; help users adopt new tools.
• Prioritize requests and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
