Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Business Analytics Analyst to join the Analytics and Insights Group. You will enable users to leverage data for strategic decisions, support Operations and Business teams, and maintain dashboards and reports across JDE, Cognos, Sales Cloud, and PlanView.

You will focus on delivering insights using Tableau and Power BI and collaborate closely with IT and vendors. The role emphasizes data analysis, training, and documentation, with a strong impact on efficiency and profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Accounting or Computer and Information Science.
• Proven strength and aptitude in working with data and numbers.
• Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Prior experience with visualization & reporting tools like Tableau, Qlik, and Power BI a plus.
• Prior experience with data mining programs like SQL a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization with Tableau/Power BI and SQL.
• Troubleshooting issues and leading user training.
• Collaborating with team members to collect data and advance the company’s mission.
• Drive interpretation, understanding, and adoption of analytic insights.
• Discovery and innovation in data analysis and technology.
• Partner with IT and vendors for smooth analytics operations.
• Creating and maintaining documentation including design, requirements, and user manuals.
• Identify development needs to streamline operations and improve profitability.
