Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in data analytics or related field.
2–4 years of data analysis, reporting, or BI experience.
Foundational SQL and advanced Excel proficiency required.
Experience with BI tools (Domo, Power BI, Tableau) and data governance basics.
Ability to document data requirements and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

Build intuitive dashboards for cross-functional stakeholders to support decisions.
Analyze multi-location data to identify trends and anomalies.
Translate data into clear, actionable insights.
Collaborate with finance, marketing, operations, tech, and training teams to gather requirements.
Deliver timely reporting solutions and maintain data integrity.
Educate stakeholders on data governance best practices and create user guides.
Present findings and custom reports to senior leadership.
Work at the Support Center in Houston with remote Mondays and Fridays.
