Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS) seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst for its Digital Engineering team in St. Louis, MO. The role designs and supports BI information models, dashboards, metrics, and reports, aligning with stakeholder requirements and using SQL and BI tools to deliver scalable analytics.

This position is 100% onsite in Hazelwood, MO, with travel up to 10% domestically. A U.S. Secret Security Clearance is required; Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of BI experience are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of BI, reporting, data analysis, or related analytics experience.
• Strong SQL skills to query, transform, and validate data.
• Experience developing dashboards, metrics, and reports using BI tools.
• Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop Palantir visualizations to tell compelling stories with data.
• Design, develop, and support BI dashboards, metrics, reports, and information models.
• Translate business requirements into technical reporting and analytics solutions.
• Use SQL and related tools to acquire, transform, analyze, validate, and visualize data.
• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting needs, KPIs, and standards.
• Ensure BI solutions are accurate, usable, and scalable.
• Document data definitions, metric logic, and solution architecture.
• Support troubleshooting and maintenance of BI solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to adopt current technologies.
• Contribute to improving productivity and business outcomes through analytics.
