You will design and deliver reports and dashboards in Tableau and SSRS, maintain the data warehouse, and explore ML/AI opportunities to enhance analytics, while communicating complex insights to non-technical audiences. This is a direct-hire, on-site role focused on turning data into measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in BI roles with data visualization, reporting, and data warehousing.
• Proficient in Tableau, SSRS, and SQL.
• Experience maintaining a Data Warehouse and developing ETL processes.
• Ability to translate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to explore ML/AI for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users to understand business needs and goals.
• Consult on analytical approaches, recommending reports, dashboards, or visualizations based on insights.
• Independently analyze data to answer business questions using analytical tools.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau and SSRS.
• Maintain the Data Warehouse, data integrity, and optimized data structures.
• Document codebases, processes, and changes for long-term maintainability.
• Explore opportunities to leverage ML/AI to enhance data analysis.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data solutions deliver measurable value.
