Job summary

tap|QA seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst for a contract-for-hire position based in Minneapolis, with travel to Louisiana required. The role will lead the OE team, manage projects, and produce financial and market intelligence through data querying and reporting.

Qualifications

• BS in Business or Computer Science with 7-10 years experience in operations, database/systems development, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, analytical, facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with ETL, SQL reporting services, and data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operational Enhancement (OE) project team.
• Generate standard or custom BI reports for executives and stakeholders.
• Analyze industry and market trends to inform business decisions.
