Job summary

Motion Industries seeks a Business Intelligence Data Analyst to design and develop data models and BI visualizations. You will work with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver proactive, value-added BI solutions to support data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in information systems and 3–5 years of BI/analytics experience, with strong SQL, Python, and data visualization skills across ERP data sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field.
• 3–5 years of BI/analytics experience preferred.
• Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and data visualization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end design and maintenance of BI data sets, models, reports and dashboards.
• Design and optimize data models for the business unit and other departments.
• Meet with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
• Create robust visualizations that improve decision making.
• Extract, transform and model ERP data for reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with IT on security standards for BI data.
