Job summary

Brown Advisory is seeking an Operations professional to manage the Addepar portfolio accounting system and support reporting for high-profile clients with complex asset holdings. You will collaborate with client teams to onboard relationships, backbuilds for alternative assets, and ensure timely, accurate reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics and hands-on experience with Addepar and Canoe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics or equivalent experience.
• Experience using Addepar and Canoe is required.

Responsibilities

• Own all operational processes within Addepar, the firm’s new portfolio accounting system.
• On-board large client relationships with complex assets.
• Lead back-ends for large and complex relationships.
• Create new alternative assets with investment teams for timely reporting.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc client reports.
• Analyze portfolio positions, transactions, and performance data.
• Troubleshoot reporting errors and implement fixes.
• Document key processes and data governance.
