Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking an Addepar Analyst in a hybrid role across NY, Boston, or Philadelphia. You will deliver consolidated reporting to high‑net‑worth clients and family offices, configure Addepar, and coordinate with Relationship Managers and advisors to resolve reporting issues.

You will analyze performance, manage data integrity, and support the private investments reporting process, collaborating with front office and performance teams to drive accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience; Addepar experience is required.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for multi-sheet analysis and charts.
• Knowledge of performance and financial reporting; private investments familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with front office to produce client reporting for high net worth and family offices.
• Configure Addepar reporting and act as primary escalation contact for issues.
• Reconcile accounts and update asset classifications and pricing in Addepar.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for clients and endowments, collaborating with relationship managers.
• Identify trends and suggest process improvements; work with internal teams to resolve client issues.
